1. Stainless Steel Railing Fittings – Square Base

Square Base fittings provide a flat, stable mounting platform for handrail posts on floors, stairs, and platforms. Manufactured by investment casting, they feature a polished or satin finish and are drilled for anchor bolt fixing. Available in 304 and 316 grades with base sizes from 60 × 60 mm to 100 × 100 mm, they are suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments.

Applications: Entrance lobbies, staircases, balconies, swimming pool decks, commercial malls, and exterior walkways.

2. Stainless Steel Railing Fittings – Dome Nuts

Dome Nuts (acorn nuts) are used to cap exposed bolt ends on railing assemblies, providing a clean, finished appearance while protecting threads from corrosion. They are precision-machined from hex bar stock in grades 304 and 316. Standard thread sizes range from M6 to M16, and they are available in mirror and satin finishes.

Applications: Glass railing systems, post-fixing applications, balustrade assemblies, handrail end caps, and decorative bolt coverings on architectural metalwork.

3. Stainless Steel Railing Fittings – Ball Base

Ball Base fittings combine an investment-cast spherical accent with a flat mounting plate, adding an elegant design element to railing posts. The ball component is polished to a mirror finish and welded or integrally cast with the base plate. Available in grades 304 and 316, with base diameters from 60 mm to 80 mm and ball diameters of 40 mm to 60 mm.

Applications: High-end residential staircases, hotel lobbies, showroom interiors, boutique retail spaces, and architectural feature railings.

4. Stainless Steel Railing Fittings – Spigot

Spigots are precision-cast point-fix fittings that clamp glass panels directly to structural members without framing, creating a minimal-look frameless glass railing system. They are available as adjustable or fixed types with rotation angles up to 180°. Grade 316 is standard for outdoor use; Grade 304 suits interior installations. Spigot diameters range from 40 mm to 65 mm to suit glass thickness of 10 mm to 21.52 mm (laminated).

Applications: Frameless glass pool fencing, terrace glass balustrades, commercial building facades, sea-view balconies, and contemporary staircase glass infill panels.

5. Stainless Steel Railing Fittings – Couple Set

Couple Sets (also called coupling connectors or rail joiners) are used to join two lengths of handrail tube end-to-end in a continuous run, maintaining a flush outer surface. They are internally threaded or compression-type and available for round tubes of 38.1 mm, 42.4 mm, and 48.3 mm OD. Supplied in 304 and 316 grades with mirror or satin finish.

Applications: Long handrail runs on corridors, airport and metro station concourses, hospital handrails, shopping centre balustrades, and extended staircase installations.

6. Stainless Steel Railing Fittings – Flat Tubes

Flat (rectangular) tubes are used as the horizontal rail infill or as structural sections in modern minimalist railing designs. They offer a contemporary flat-face profile compared to standard round tubes. Available in grades 304 and 316, with cross-sections from 20 × 10 mm to 60 × 30 mm, wall thickness 1.5 mm to 3.0 mm, and standard lengths of 6 m.

Applications: Modern architectural handrails, cable railing systems, commercial storefronts, interior balustrades, and designer staircase infills.

7. Stainless Steel Railing Fittings – Square Pipe Base

Square Pipe Base fittings are specifically designed to anchor square hollow section (SHS) railing posts to floor or wall surfaces. They feature a cast or fabricated square collar welded to a flat base plate with bolt-hole patterns. Available in 304 and 316 grades, with collar sizes for 25 × 25 mm to 50 × 50 mm SHS posts.

Applications: Industrial walkways, mezzanine floors, factory safety railings, outdoor staircases, and rooftop parapet fencing.

8. Stainless Steel Staircase Railing

Stainless Steel Staircase Railings are complete railing systems designed for stair applications, integrating posts, handrails, glass or horizontal tube infills, and all connecting fittings. We supply systems in IC-cast or tubular construction in grades 304 and 316, with various finish options including mirror (No. 8), satin (No. 4), and brushed. Systems comply with NBC 2016, IS 15000, and IBC code requirements for load-bearing and height specifications.

Applications: Residential villas and apartments, commercial offices, hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, retail malls, metro stations, and public infrastructure projects.

9. Stainless Steel Railing Fittings – Hollow Ball

Hollow Balls are decorative investment-cast or spun-formed spheres used as post tops, infill elements, or ornamental accents within railing assemblies. They are available in solid and hollow construction, with diameters of 50 mm, 63 mm, 76 mm, 89 mm, and 102 mm, in mirror and satin finishes. Standard grade is 304; 316 available for coastal and high-humidity environments.

Applications: Decorative balustrades, garden railings, driveway gates, luxury residential staircases, heritage renovation projects, and ornamental fence toppers.
