Stainless Steel 303 I-Beam is capable of extreme temperature use up to and beyond 2200 Degree F (1200 Degree C). For thermal processing applications of Stainless Steel 303 T-Beam where minimal product contamination is necessary, the oxidation / scaling resistance of are extremely desirable. Stainless Steel 303 Chain is a heat resistant, titanium stabilized, austenitic alloy that’s commonly used for service in the 1000 Degree F – 1600 Degree F temperature range. In order to provide optimum resistance to inter – granular corrosion and to polythionic acid stress corrosion cracking in service temperatures at 1500 Degree F – 1650 Degree F in 303 Stainless Steel Angle, an air cool may be used.
Simply having a high temperature 303 Stainless Steel Chain with chromium and nickel without these elements would be insufficient for a metal dusting application. A finer grain size greatly increases the rate of 303 Stainless Steel H-Beam at which chromium can diffuse to the surface to form a protective film.
