Stainless Steel Chequered Plates
Manufacturers, Suppliers & Exporters in India | Bombay Metal Corporation
Product Overview

Stainless Steel Chequered Plates are flat-rolled plates with a raised diamond or teardrop pattern on one face, produced specifically to deliver superior grip, anti-slip performance, and excellent load-bearing capacity. The pattern is formed during hot or cold rolling by passing the plate through specially engraved rolls, making it an integral part of the metal surface rather than a coating.
At Bombay Metal Corporation, we stock and supply Stainless Steel Chequered Plates in a comprehensive range of grades — from the everyday-workhorse 304 to the high-temperature-capable 310, the marine-grade 316, the acid-resistant 317, the stabilised 321 and 347, the ultra-corrosion-resistant 904L, and Brass Sheets. Every plate is sourced from globally certified mills including Jindal Stainless, POSCO, Outokumpu, Baosteel, Aperam, and Thyssenkrupp, and supplied with full mill test reports.
Whether your requirement is for a petrochemical plant walkway, a pharmaceutical processing floor, a shipyard deck, or a food-industry conveyor platform, our Stainless Steel Chequered Plates combine long service life with low maintenance — making them the preferred choice of engineers, procurement teams, and fabricators across India and internationally.
